REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS- IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
We are in the process of changing our computer software from EMIS LV to EMIS Web. The switch over takes place on Tuesday 16th August at 08.30hr. This is a significant change for all the team and we will need time to become familiar with the new system. We hope you will appreciate that we may not be able to deal with your requests and enquiries quite as promptly as normal. Even booking appointments will take a little more time and we would appreciate you being patient with receptionists until they feel confident navigating the new layout. The GPs and nurses may look a little flustered too!
In order to ease the pressure on the Practice during this transitional period we have decided to issue patients with two repeat prescriptions so that your next request will be due when we have settled into using the new computer system.
If you have any queries please speak to reception. Thank you

Early morning and late evening appointments
We conducted a Patient Survey last year. One of the views expressed was that some people would like to be seen at the surgery outside of the traditional normal working hours.
We have set up some extra clinics in response to this. Extra appointments will be made available on Thursday mornings from 7.30 to 8am and on Friday evenings from 6.30 to 8.40pm. These can be booked in the normal way- contact Reception in person or by phone (020 8336 1773) or book an appointment through this website by using the “Online” link from this page.
