 Telephone calls are answered between 08:30-18:30 hr

Monday-Friday 08:30-12:30 hr and 15:00-18:30 hr
 

COMMUTER CLINICS

Thursday mornings 07:30- 08:00 hr
Friday evenings 18:30- 20:40 hr

NURSES APPPOINTMENTS  

Monday - Friday 08:30-12:30 hr and 14:30-18:00 hr
 

HOW TO SEE A DOCTOR

Consultations are by appointment. You may consult with any doctor, but it is best to stay with the same doctor during the course of any single illness.
We always try to offer an appointment on the date requested but it may be necessary to wait longer to see a specific doctor. Please try to book appointments in good time and for routine matters avoid telephoning first thing in the morning.

If you have an urgent problem that will not wait for a routine slot, please tell the receptionist. Medical emergencies will always be seen that day. If you are unsure whether the problem is an emergency you can get advice from NHS Direct (0845 4647)

Children who are ill will be fitted in as soon as possible at the surgery (this is usually quicker than a house visit). Please remember that children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Wheelchairs: There is access. Please tell reception if you require assistance.

Please try and be PUNCTUAL and remember each appointment is for one person.
If you are unable to attend or it is no longer necessary, please let us know so that another patient may use the appointment. On average we lose 100 slots per month because people fail to keep their appointments.
