getUBetter is an app helping you self-manage at home, work, and on the move.

It can be accessed on a Smartphone or via the Web.

It covers a range of MSK injuries and condition, like back pain and ankle pain, as well as support for Women’s Pelvic Health, and is designed to help you recover,
understand when and where to seek help, and prevent further injuries.

We are now accepting new patients – you can now register online via the NHS website, NHS app or online using the following link:

Use this service to register with a GP surgery for the first time or to change your current GP surgery.

If you are already registered with a GP surgery you can access some health and prescription services using NHS online services (opens in a new tab).

111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

In case of a life threatening emergency, please dial 999. For serious illnesses or injuries attend A&E.
