Patient Access
If agreed by the doctor, you may obtain repeat prescription medicines. You will be advised and given further information. It is important to keep review date appointments to continue to receive your medicines this way.
To request a repeat prescription you can use the right hand slip and tick the items required then place in the box provided in the waiting room porch or, alternatively, you can post your request and we will send the prescription to you if you enclose a stamped addressed envelope.
You can also email the surgery on [email protected]. Please include your name / date of birth and medication needed.
You can also request your repeat prescriptions via E-Consult.
We ask you to allow at least 48 hours for your next prescription to be available for collection.
Some local chemists may collect your prescription for you but you will have to make the arrangements with them yourself.
Non-urgent advice: Notice
Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
