West Barnes Surgery has an active Patient Participation Group (PPG). The group was set up in 2011 and has become a valuable source of information for the Practice. The group is run by volunteers who meet quarterly to discuss issues relating to the Practice and ways to improve the service offered to patients.
The members of the group are:

- Paul Boynton – Secretary
- Diana Boa
- Beryl Jesset
- Michael Dale
The group acts as a forum for discussion and feedback on ways to improve the Practice. It is not intended to be used to voice dissatisfaction or complaints. Any complaints should go through the Practice’s complaints procedure addressed to the Practice Manager.
